Well the attorney general of Texas could invite you to be the guest of the state (jail). They can also take your drivers license as well as any other type of license you have (plumbers, electricians, exterminators, peace officers or security officers commission, real estate license are just a few examples). Not to mention the child you failed to support can sue you for all unpaid child support when he reaches 18 (with interest).
You might have to get a DNA test done, even though you know who the father is. Take him to court to have him pay for child support. Good luck and God Bless:)
It's usually around 5 that you stop your child from sleeping with you (or at least training them not too.) There are really no laws preventing this, but it's a bad habit to get into and not normal if your child is 12 - 16. Children should be more independent at 6 and be able to stay in their own rooms unless they aren't well. Depends wat u mean by sleeping and if both agree then there's no law against it.
The sale of property is public record, contact the state's land recorder/assessor office of the state where the property was located or simply check the website of the state's city or county assessor.
Use a PI or run a web search.
