Well... drinking a lot of water and exercising really do work. Diets work as long as you use them CORRECTLY. I wouldn't suggest diet pills. Monitoring your diet and exercising are REALLY important and will work. Even walking 30 minutes a day will help out A LOT. :)
Whoa man that is crazy. I am 5'5 and weigh 110 and I am at the bottom of the weight limit. I think you should hang that up you are only 15 and your still growing. You would do serious harm to your body if you did that. You wouldn't have the energy to walk let alone wrestle. I think you should take the next weight class up.
