Fasting is not very effective. You dont lose any fat, but you do lose muscle tissue. your body stores the fat and when you begin to eat again, your body puts that fat on the fat you stored from before. It slows down your metabolism. The best way to lose a drastic amount weight is to divide small amounts of food that you eat. divide the food you eat into 4-5 small portions for each day. also, exercise often(i suggest cardio). It is the best way to lose weight and boost your metabolism.
Walking is always a good way to reduce your thighs but it isn't fast enough. There is a Pilates excercise that I have used. You lay on you side like you would for leg raises. Bring your leg forward then up and around in a big circle. It's like arm circles only with your legs. Do 7 to 10 to start with and then rotate your leg the other way 7 to 10 times. You can do as many sets as you like but I guarantee you it won't be many! Then switch to the other leg.
I hope you have slept by now, but when my son hit his head the doctor told me to keep him awake 8 hours and if he slept during that time, or for the first 8 hours after that he should be awakened every couple hours to make sure he wasn't unconscious.
I know I could do it by eating my regular meals and adding 5 or 6 snickers bars every day and sitting around watching TV. It's EASY for me to GAIN weight. (((walks away grumbling))) you can gains weight quick by eating a ton of chicken and fish. Chicken is super high in protein. Plain boiled chicken will work very well. Along with good excersise.
Spot reduction is a myth. If you want to lose fat the only way is just to lose fat all over your body. Fill up the spots that get too thin with muscles instead.
