You can work on any stroke you like to. You can work on drills for each stroke. FREESTYLE: TARZAN which is where you keep your head above the water and your arms are swimming. BUTTERFLY: 3V3 which is you do 3 strokes on 1 arm, 3 strokes on the other arm, and 3 strokes regular butterfly. BREASTSTROKE: 3 KICKS 1 PULL, it names it self. BACKDTROKE: its hard to explain on a computer.
Absolutley not. I am 26, I know that's not the 30's but it is'nt far from it. I used to have flabby triceps too, I mean they would keep waving long after I stopped, I bought a 5lb. weight and a 10lb. weight at Wal-Mart for $5 and $10. I started using them and in 2 months I had hot and toned arms. I can't explain how to do the work out, I needed visuals so I subscribed to Shape and Self magazines. They have alot of great at home workouts for your whole body. In 1 year I went from a size 8 to a size 0 working out with weights 3 days a week and cardio 4 days. Good Luck.
by getting ready and prepare oneself emotinally and physically willing to reach the ideal goal.
If you do that much exercise, don't consider pounds, you'll have better toned muscle mass than anyone else your size and muscle is more dense (heavier) than fat. Grab your abdomen and see how much fat you can pinch. If it's more than an inch, you could afford to slim down a little. If it's LESS than an inch, you need a little more weight. Women need at least 10% fat for normal development, especially development of secondary sex characteristics. Optimum weight charts have not been created for someone who exercises that much. I hope you're involved in OTHER types of exercise as well rather than just abdominal strengthening.
Likely years of regular exercise.
