Always Positive attracts negative pole, same ways Guys attracts girls in most of the cases. Some cases its not because of their thinking and their first sex partner during their teen age.
Well depending on how your relationship ended with you ex, depends on how you should go about talking to him again. If you see him on a regular basis then i would suggest that you just start with small talk by simply saying hello. If you dont see him that often then a friendly phone call will do. Just pick up the phone and start by saying, " Hi, just wanting to know how things were going?" or "How have you been?" Small talk can lead to just friendship if that is what you are wanting.
I've sure heard of stranger things.
If your ex boyfriend is not married or has a girlfriend by all means persue him. If he is married or has a girlfriend move on. Breaking up a relationship between him and his wife or girlfriend is just not a good start in your relationship with him.
Check it out and see if he still is single.
Answeri agree, only if he is single should you even think about it. my husbands high school girlfriend emails him from time to time, he never responds. we have been married over a year. its annoying.she needs to get a life, he was her first love and that was over ten years ago. in 2000-2002, he was really nice and wrote back but now he just ignores them. she invited him to a wedding in 2002 and wrote back saying he couldn't go cause it was our anniversary and we were going out for a special dinner. she still didnt get the hint.
so if you are writing and writing and getting no response, and you know your ex is married or involved, you really need to move on. it isn't fair to you, the ex, or the person they are married to to keep pursuing an old love.
there are plenty of new faces out there instead of digging up the past.
The shortest answer would be - Open Honest Communication!
Both people involved should be interested enough in the relationship to take this seriously. No distractions, just two people laying their cards on the table.
First, though, it would likely be necessary for you to explain that your feelings are hurt in a way which does not cause a negative reaction. If your sentances begin with 'I Feel...' Then you are on the right track!
If the person who hurt you doesn't seem to CARE, then you should probably ask yourself if the relationship is worth it.
Be an adult about it and honestly seek to obtain a very healthy and emotionally mature form of communication. That's the key.
A simple rule I have started to follow is "Always know where you stand with everyone, and make sure everyone knows where you stand with them". So you will need to make you feelings known to this person. Put your thoughts on paper and evaluate your feelings over a few days or weeks and keep writing what you feel. The danger of the other person not caring what you have to say is a terrible possibility, but again one you will have to face it , just so you know. It is not necessary to always be on good terms with everyone for the rest of your life.It is very important to surround yourself with people who truly love you and care about you. People who have hurt you and have the potential to hurt you again, will only bring you down. You need eagles flying with you.Look for eagles.
If an older man prefers teenagers then he's nothing but a predator and it's all about control. These men can't handle mature women, so they can wow the teenage girl because she is more immature in most cases and is more apt to look wide-eyed in wonderment at him which he's suck up like a sponge. Not all men go after younger women, but it's true, many do. It brings back their youth, they want to feel young again and the younger woman provides that (for awhile.) Again, this is immature and the desire not to grow up.
Agreed, but one cannot fault the guys. It's sociobiological conditioning. Read what the psychologists, academics, etc. have said. Here's a good albeit brief article from the Guardian. william-leith So basically younger women are generally more desirable because of A. their bodies B. their bodies. C. their bodies. D. the younger generations (in the US in particular) are not "competitive" with men, due to being brainwashed with the warp 70's feminism that still pervades a lot of institutions. E. younger women are more apt to let the man LEAD, and that's what men like to do. F. younger women are more fertile, than older women. As for teenage girls, well the age of consent used to be 12-14 in the U.S. which reflected the fact that girls are fertile at that time, so while odd that an older guy, say 40 into a girl age 13 is a bit far out (as in nabokov's lolita) but the U.S. is so conservative it treats it criminally. Very strange indeed. So the lesson in all this is Girls, you have 12 years (18-30) so make the best of it, and good luck getting a good man.
